• What could the speaker have done differently to make the speech more effective?
I think my speech would sound better if I used more variety of vocabulary and make more vocal variety to sound more interesting to catch the attention of the audience.
• What did you like about the speech?
I tried my best to memorize the script and sound fluently because I couldn't do it in the midterm video. And I spent a lot of time making the ppt and that helped me so much to express what I wanted to say.
• What could the speaker have done differently to make the speech more effective?
There were at times when I couldn’t understand what you were saying and I think that’s because you talked very softly. I think it would be great if you speak up a little. Also, some stressing of words in the right places and using different tones of intonation may have made the presentation more exciting and fun. I also wanted to hear more about the cultural places you’ve introduced but the explanations were sort of brief. Maybe shortening the introduction could have provided you more time to talk about the specific places you wanted to introduce to the audience. At the very end, I think it would have been perfect if there was some wrapping up of the whole presentation.
• What did you like about the speech?
The topic itself was very interesting because I’ve always wanted to go to Spain if I got the chance. You seemed very comfortable about the topic you chose and seemed to know a lot about your topic. Also, there were a lot of cool visuals that showed what Spain was like. When I saw the pictures of those places. I really wanted to visit. I think I would visit some of the places you’ve introduced if I ever visit Spain, thanks Sharon! Greet speech!
