It would have been better if his facial expression was a little bit less awkward.
• What did you like about the speech?
First of all, I liked the organization of the speech and the PPT. They were both clear and arranged in a way that people could understand well. Furthermore, his voice was loud enough for the audience to hear and was not monotonous. His gestures were natural and was not disturbing the speech. The aspect that I liked the most about the speech was that it was very witty.

• What could the speaker have done differently to make the speech more effective? I think I could have done better if I had used more vocal varieties. I thought I was varying my intonation a lot, but it was not much noticeable in the video. Also, there were lots of prepared gestures but they didn’t seem as natural as it should be. Also using more facial expression would make the message clearer.
• What did you like about the speech?
I believe the speech was very much focused on using vocal variety because there were lots of pauses, emphasis, and repetition. I also used lots of varied gestures to convey my emotions and vocal variety more effectively. The visual aids were organized in a way to help the audience follow the flow of the speech. The topic of my persuasive speech was appropriate to express emotions during the speech. I’m satisfied with my performance although it has some points to improve for next time.

Given that he is arguing something radical, I think the reasons for his arguments was not logical enough to persuade the audiences. • What did you like about the speech?
I really liked that he chose a topic with which all the audiences would empathize with his own experience. Also, he presented it with some jokes, which made the speech much more fluent and interesting. His voice was also good, clear, and easy to understand.
