    - What did you like about the presentation?

I think her purpose of informing the audience about the 3 consumption trends in Korea was clear and I think she achieved her purpose well. I liked her voice which was very clear and audible. Her speed was also helped me to understand the presentation more easily. Also, I think the visuals were also very helpful for the audience and the purpose of her presentation.

    - What could the speaker have done differently to make the speech more effective?

I think it would've been better if she had not said "Sorry" when she made a mistake. When she said "baedaltong" accidently, she apologized. However, I think the presenter should never apologize to the audience even though we make mistakes, especially if the presentation's purpose is to inform. That's because if the presenter say sorry, it will make the presenter look not confident and may give the impression that the speaker is not well-prepared, so I think the speaker should not apologize when making mistakes. Also, I think it would've been better if the presenter had made more hand gestures and had used notes more efficiently. The gestures would've helped the speaker to look more natural. Also, the speaker used "Um..." a lot and looked down a lot, but if she had used notes or memorized more thoroughly, I think it would've helped the presenter with the flow.
