• What could the speaker have done differently to make the speech more effective?
I think it would've been better if the speaker had made more eye-contacts with every audience in the room instead of looking at the camera lense for a long time.
• What did you like about the speech? I think the rate and the volumn of the speaker's voice was great. Also, I think the speaker used pauses well to enhance his message, and his intonation and emphasis also helped me understand the presentation well. The speaker's topic was also appropriate for the vocal variety speech and was interesting.

• What could the speaker have done differently to make the speech more effective?
I loved his hook but I think he could shorten it and talk more about his his three C's (Confront, Complain, Confirm)in 3 ways of relating to culture with more supporting details.
• What did you like about the speech?
First of all, the hook really got me interested in the story. How his mother suddenly turned up wearing India's traditional clothes and sending him to India really caught my attention. Second, I think his gestures, facial emotions and body lauguage are excellent because it really enriched his speech by adding humor to it. I couldn't help laughing at the part where the speaker kept bobbing his head. It was so funny. Also, by using his gestures, he seemed really confident and at ease in what he's talking about. Lastly, I think the speaker used proper visuals. The visuals had mostly pictures that relate to his speech. There weren't many words on them so I didn't have any trouble understanding them.
